Returns & Exchanges
Slam Jam offers a straightforward return process, allowing customers to return any item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Slam Jam account or access the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
